Production process of colored needle-punched non-woven fabrics

Raw material preparation: First, the colorful short fibers made of polyester or polypropylene are opened into a fluffy state. After being fully mixed and evenly mixed, they are fed from the cotton warehouse to the carding machine to start carding into a web, and are laid by the subsequent web-laying machine. After the fiber web enters the feeding device at the front end of the pre-puncture.

Needle punching reinforcement: Next, the fiber web is repeatedly punched through needles with barbs. When the hook passes through the fiber mesh, it will force the fibers into the interior of the fiber mesh. In this way, the originally fluffy fiber web is compressed and the fibers are entangled with each other to form a material with a certain strength and thickness. During the acupuncture process, the fiber web will undergo multiple densification and strengthening treatments such as pre-needle punching and main acupuncture, so that the material has a multi-dimensional entangled structure, a smooth surface, and a uniform distribution of micropores and breathability.

Surface treatment: In order to improve the performance of the product, the material is finally subjected to heat setting and other treatments to make the surface of the filter cloth smoother and improve the filtration accuracy and strength.

To sum up, the production process of color non-woven fabric is to convert short fibers into non-woven fabrics for various uses with specific required properties through a series of physical treatments.
