Water-absorbing and oil-absorbing non-woven fabrics are made of new polyester fibers and viscose fibers. After acupuncture process, the fibers are opened, combed, and laid into fiber webs, and then the fiber webs are reinforced into cloth by thorn needles. The fiber mesh is repeatedly punctured, and the hook and belt fibers are reinforced to form a water-absorbing and oil-absorbing cloth.
